The Work will be set forth in the Detailed Scope of Work for individual Job Orders. The Contractor is required to complete each Detailed Scope of Work for the Job Order Price within the Job Order Completion Time. The Contractor will be required to perform Work at any site or facility under the jurisdiction of the County. The Projects under this Contract shall be administered under a Project Labor Agreement. All questions regarding this contract shall be submitted via email prior to 4:00 pm on Friday, October 25, 2024 to Robert Labaw at Rlabaw@nassaucountyny.gov. No interpretation of the meaning of the Contract Documents will be made to any Bidder orally. Prospective bidders must request in writing such interpretation from the Commissioner and such interpretation will be given in writing in the form of written addenda, to all prospective bidders, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, Item G. Contract term: 730 consecutive calendar days with option for one extension of 365 additional consecutive calendar days.
