Reference Number 0000279992 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/10/22 05:00:00 PM EDT Master Services Agreement (MSA) contract framework whereby CNL has a prequalified contractor who shall provide all qualified labour, materials, equipment, tools, permits, operators and supervision required to perform maintenance, repairs, testing, inspections, replacing and other Services relating to the CRL Electric Distribution System. It should be noted that a MSA is not a guarantee of work. All Services are to be performed by qualified and competent personnel, who have completed all necessary training to perform required tasks. This will include but not limited to: • Utility Work Protection Code (UWPC); • Equipotential Grounding and Bonding above 750v (IHSA or equivalent). In addition, co-ordinate with the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) when inspections are required. Conduct repairs, installation, maintenance, and inspections on and of the UDES and provide field report(s) to CNL. The field report shall include, but not limited to the following: noted deficiencies with photos, location and descriptions, and proposed solutions to deficiencies with cost estimates; Some excavation, trenching, installation of underground electrical power lines and backfilling and compaction may be required.
