The Town of Seabrook, Public Works Department, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to perform long line striping services for Arterial & Collector Town Roads. Additionally, miscellaneous pavement markings as enumerated herein, as directed by the DPW Manager. Town of Seabrook is seeking proposals to provide a per foot price for the line striping of approximately 90,000 LF of 4" double yellow centerline, approximately 3,200 LF of 4" Single Yellow Center Line and approximately 40,000 LF of single white fog lines. Misc. pavement marks include the repainting of 291 "No parking", 71 Double wide stop bars, 23 various type arrows, and 6 "Only". The successful bidder will be notified by mail to the address on their Proposal that their bid has been accepted and that they have been awarded the Contract. The Town of Seabrook will negotiate contract terms upon selection. All contracts are subject to review by the Town of Seabrook legal counsel and will be awarded upon signing of a commitment or Contract, which outlines terms, scope, budget, and other necessary items. The Town reserves the right to cancel any contract award before executing such Contract by all parties without any liability against the Town. The Town may terminate the Contract at any time by giving thirty (30) days' written notice.
