The City of Cupertino ("City") invites qualified Design-Build Entities ("DBEs") to submit Statements of Qualifications ("SOQs") to this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") for design-build delivery of the Cupertino Photovoltaic Systems Design and Installation Project Notice to Proceed with Design-Build Services Tuesday, January 14, 2025 Project Completion September 4, 2026 The City reserves the right, but is not obligated, to request clarifying information from any DBE following submission of an SOQ if it determines that further clarification is necessary to evaluate the SOQ. The City further reserves the right to independently verify any and all information submitted in an SOQ. The City may, acting in its sole discretion, elect to reject any SOQ that it determines to be nonresponsive.
