2 In general, the work consists of: Renovation and alteration work inside Birge Hall, Brogden Hall, and the 3 Integrative Biology Research Building (IBIO) for the animal research program. Work will include updating 4 finishes throughout the space, replacing doors with a more water-resistant style, and the construction 5 of new Dirty and Clean Cage Wash rooms in each building. This will allow dirty equipment to be kept 6 separate from the clean cages and equipment. All bidders must be certified by DOA prior to submitting bids.
