Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Post Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project generally consists of the following work: Demolition of existing well house structure, well inspection and pump testing, construction of a new well house, including site work, piping, pump and all appurtenances. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the Owner and to waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal.
