2024 Essential Single Family Housing Rehab Loan Pool Grant - Request for Proposals for Environmental Testing Gaston County has been awarded a 2024 Essential Single Family Housing Loan Pool Grant for housing rehab. The project includes the rehabilitation of approximately 5-10 single-family units in Gaston County. The County is seeking proposals from Environmental Testing Firms for lead-based paint tests and clearance as well as asbestos and radon tests. Please include your qualification statement, current licenses, and insurance information along with your bid submission. Gaston County shall retain the Request for Proposal and all related terms and conditions, addenda, exhibits and other attachments in original form in an archival copy. Any modifications in the vendor's submission are grounds for immediate disqualifications. Gaston County further reserves the right to reject any and all submittals.
