West Pittston Founders Park Lighting Electrical Construction Project The Project Consists of Installation of New Pavilion Lighting and an Electric Receptacle at Founders Park in West Pittston. No Pre-bid Conference Will Be Held. Bid Security Shall Be Furnished in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. The Following Wage Rate Requirements Are Applicable to This Contract: Pa Prevailing Wage Rates. Bidder Must Ensure That Employees and Applicants for Employment Are Not Discriminated Against Because of Their Race, Religion, Color, Handicap, National Origin, Age or Sex. West Pittston Borough Does Not Discriminate on the Basis of Race, Color, National Origin, Sex, Religion, Age, Disability, or Familial Status in Employment or the Provision of Services. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via the "Messages/Vendor Discussions" feature in PennBid. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda and posted within PennBid's "Documents" tab. Notification via email will be made to all parties recorded as having downloaded the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
