This document shall be used as part of and in conjunction with the attached specifications. (b) PLEASE NOTE: The structure(s) on the project site(s) has been ruled structurally unsafe by Craig R. Maconaghy, Jr., Fire Inspector. Additionally, the Town of Cheektowaga Supervising Code Enforcement Officer, Richard Coburn has determined that due to the unsafe and unstable areas of the structure on the project site, safe asbestos abatement is prohibited. Accordingly, no asbestos survey has been conducted. The entire demolition area at the project site shall be considered the regulated abatement work area, and controlled demolition and area containment measures and removal for the project site shall be in compliance with 12 NYCRR 56.
