Remodeling of a municipal facility in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 5,500-square-foot municipal facility.
Construction of the following Project: IFP 2025 Administration Building Remodel The Project includes the following Work: Converting 5,500 square feet of warehouse space into office space, converting 600 square feet of storage space into office space, replacing the existing cooling tower, and associated electrical, plumbing and mechanical work. Architect anticipates that the Project's total bid price including bid alternate will be approximately $366,000. The Project has an expected duration of 120 days. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the Idaho Falls Power as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Idaho Falls reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Idaho Falls.
