The City of Idaho Falls (City) is seeking qualified and experienced respondents from interested persons or firms (hereinafter referred to as "respondent" or "Consultant") to submit qualifications for providing Secondary System Evaluation and Clean B System Engineering services at the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant. The plant is currently completing a dewatering project that will change the nature of the flow characteristics to include a sidestream filtrate return flow within the plant. Flow characteristics are currently planned to be treated with ferric chloride addition at various locations within the plant. The proposed project involves providing secondary system evaluation and design services related to help address dewatering improvements that have been identified within the existing Facility Plan for the WWTP. All questions shall be directed by e-mail to Rachael Huntsman, Executive Assistant, at rhuntsman@idahofalls.gov. No questions will be accepted by telephone. No project specific questions will be accepted after October 23, 2024.
