The Village of Harrison is requesting Bids for the public access improvements of the western dead end at Faro Springs Road within the Village of Harrison. The ramp will serve as emergency access only to Lake Winnebago and not a public access point. This is a re-bid of the similar project earlier this year. PRE-BID & REQUIREMENTS All questions about the meaning or intent of the RFB Document shall be submitted to the Village of Harrison in writing. Replies shall be issued by addenda, delivered to all parties recorded by the Village of Harrison as having received the RFB documents. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Written requests for withdrawal of Bids is permitted any time prior to the scheduled due date and time. All Bids submitted shall be binding for forty-five (45) calendar days.
