Bids Received: Avery Lawn & Landscape Blessed Ground Maintenance Citywide Property Maintenance LLC McVays Mowing The City of Muskogee is seeking sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide abatement services. Expenses incurred in the preparation of proposals in response to this RFP are the Proposer's sole responsibility. The City assumes no responsibility for payment of any expenses incurred by any Proposer as part of the RFP process. The City, as its sole discretion, may select one or more of the submitted proposals for further negotiation or interviews or may reject all proposals. The evaluation and selection period will be October 22 nd through October 24 th , 2024. The City reserves the right to award this RFP to the organization that best meets the criteria outlined. The vendor with the successful proposal will be required to contract with the City and execute all necessary warranties on the work. The City reserves the right to modify, waive, or otherwise vary the terms and conditions of this RFP at any time, including but not limited to, deadlines for submission and RFP requirements. Waive irregularities in the RFP. Reject or refuse any or all RFP. Cancel and withdraw this RFP at any time. Accept the proposal which, in its sole and absolute discretion, best serves the interest of the City.
