The City of Muskogee is seeking sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide abatement services. Expenses incurred in the preparation of proposals in response to this RFP are the Proposer's sole responsibility. The City assumes no responsibility for payment of any expenses incurred by any Proposer as part of the RFP process. The City, as its sole discretion, may select one or more of the submitted proposals for further negotiation or interviews or may reject all proposals. All inquiries must be received by October 16, 2024 by 4:30 P.M. CDT and responses will be provided by October 18, 2024. Upon review of all acceptable RFP's, proposals will be evaluated based on a like-for-like comparison for the lowest or best bid for abatement services as deemed required by the City of Muskogee. The evaluation and selection period will be October 22 nd through October 24 th , 2024. The City reserves the right to award this RFP to the organization that best meets the criteria outlined. The vendor with the successful proposal will be required to contract with the City and execute all necessary warranties on the work. The City reserves the right to modify, waive, or otherwise vary the terms and conditions of this RFP at any time, including but not limited to, deadlines for submission and RFP requirements. Waive irregularities in the RFP. Reject or refuse any or all RFP. Cancel and withdraw this RFP at any time. Accept the proposal which, in its sole and absolute discretion, best serves the interest of the City.
