Site work and paving for a civil project in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a development; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project will include the reconstruction of the Marksheffel Tributary south of Bradley Road and west of S Marksheffel Road, approximately 37 acres in area, including erosion control, mass dirtwork, soil rip rap, sculpted concrete drop structures, modifications to existing pond spillways & outfalls, permanent erosion control BMP's and landforms, concrete access roads and other associated works. The Bradley Heights Metro District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities, and to reject any and all proposals.
