A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Colorado Springs Utilities (Utilities) is requesting proposals to provide Construction Management and General Contractor services and Construction Services from qualified contractors (Contractor) to replace and/or renew approximately 10-20 miles of 6” to 42” diameter existing potable water distribution pipelines and infrastructure within the City of Colorado Springs, Colorado over a five-year period (2025-2030). All work will be assigned via Task Orders. Shortlist Confirmed.
