This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in New Castle, Delaware. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.
It is the intent of New Castle County to purchase portland cement concrete precast manholes, sanitary, drainage inlets, related products, and replacement parts on an as-needed basis. Replacement parts may include, but are not limited to, pre-lubricated manhole gasket seals, rubber or concrete grade rings, precast channels with bases, etc. From date of award to June 30, 2026, pricing shall be firm for the length of the contract. This contract may be extended for a period of three (3) years, one (1) year at a time, by mutual agreement of both parties. The Division of Purchasing reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, to make multiple awards, partial awards, award by types, award by sections, item by item, or lump sum total, whichever may be most advantageous to New Castle County.
