Renovation of a municipal facility in Albany, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The New York State Office of General Services Design & Construction Group (OGS) intends to contract with up to one (1) firm to provide Engineering and Architectural Services. Firms must possess a strong architectural and mechanical/electrical/plumbing engineering background as assigned tasks will primarily be in these areas of expertise. Other tasks may also include fire protection/fire alarm engineering, energy efficiency, renewable energy, sustainability, and structural/civil/site engineering. The majority of the projects will involve the rehabilitation of existing facilities. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Question and Answer will be closed after 2:00 PM 10/28/2024 via Electronically. Contract term: 5 Years (3 years to assign new work + 2 additional years to complete assignments) The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
