The proposed work includes: Relocate Route HH on a new alignment from existing Route HH (terminus of Phase 1 Cedar Drive) to a new diamond interchange bridge over US 65; plus extend Route H north parallel to US 65 from west of existing at-grade intersection with US 65 to the new diamond interchange; plus a new outer road extending south from the interchange along the east side of US 65. This work will include construction of existing pavement removal, grading, excavation, embankment in place, storm structures, private entrances, fences, retaining walls, bridge and appurtenances. Bidding documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related charges. Contractors and sub-contractors who sign a contract to work on public works project provide a 10-Hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project.
