General Construction: Renovation of the first-floor spaces to create classrooms, simulation nursing labs, accessory storage, business areas, including hazardous materials abatement, site work and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Approximately 44,500 square feet of renovation and additions. Bidders are informed that this project is being progressed by the Onondaga Community College Facilities Department. This project will be subject to NYS prevailing wage. Contractor to provide the following: MWBE Utilization plan, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Policy Statement, Workforce Employment Utilization Report, Apprenticeship Program, and Minority and Women Business Enterprise Utilization Goals: MBE Utilization Goal of 18% and WBE Utilization Goal of 12%. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security Deposit in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Bid security must be in the form of a bid bond or certified/ bank check, made payable to The County of Onondaga. Bids with inadequate bid security will be declared informal.
