Renovation of a residential development in Kansas City, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Community Action Agency of Greater Kansas City (CAAGKC) is soliciting contractors bids for home energy improvements in Clay, Jackson, and Platte counties in Missouri, under the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, Division of Energy, Low Income Weatherization Assistance Program, and local utility companies: Evergy, Evergy-Greater Missouri Operations Company, Spire, and Ameren Missouri. During the course of this project, contractors are required to perform energy saving measures in customers homes. CAAGKC is requesting SEALED BIDS from interested contractors who are properly licensed in the state of Missouri to perform the following services: Clean, Tune, and Repair Heating Systems Replace Heating Systems General Weatherization Services Electrical services Contractors must bid by SEALED BID, Contractors must include in their bid package: a copy of the business license, trade certification and training, and proof of general liability, and workmens Compensation insurance Please direct all questions concerning the RFB to tsticha@caagkc.org Minority, Women, and Disabled-owned Businesses Are Encouraged to Participate in the Bid Process.
