Renovation of a municipal facility in Kansas City, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,880-square-foot municipal facility.

Project consists of an interior renovation of the main level of a 10,880 gross square foot, Type IIB construction, existing building. The upper level is a B occupancy that was recently renovated under a separate contract, no work. Main level is an I-4 occupancy used for an adult day habilitation program. The renovation includes a major restroom renovation as well as all over finish upgrades. The main goal of the project is to increase the accessibility of the space. Question Deadline 10/25/2024 Bidder Questions: Submit written questions to be addressed at Prebid meeting minimum of two business days prior to meeting. . The Work shall be conducted in 4 phases. 1. Phase One (1): Renovation of Restroom 125, Health Room 107, and Day Habilitation Program 106. 2. Phase Two (2): Renovation of Day Program 110 and all adjacent spaces 3. Phase Three (3): Renovation of Lobby 101, Vestibule 100 and Storage 109. 4. Phase Four (4): Exterior ramp and stair at Northwest corner into Day Program 110.
