Scope of Work The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to hire one or more contractor(s) to provide annual roofing maintenance, repair, and related services to the City of Suffolk for City-owned and/or operated facilities on an as needed basis. Question Deadline 11/07/2024 The Senior Buyer, Julie Turner is the Contract Officer for the City of Suffolk with respect to this RFP. All questions and/or comments should be directed to her at: jeturneresuffolkva.us The respondents to this RFP shall not contact, either directly or indirectly, any other employee or agent of the City regarding this RFP. The contract will cover the period from date of award through December 31, 2025. The City reserves the option to renew this agreement for four (4) additional one-year periods ending December 31, 2029. Unless notified in writing thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date, the contract will automatically renew during these periods. The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of any bid/proposal, waive any informality and award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder/respondent to best serve the interest of the City.
