CITY OF SUFFOLK SITE PLAN SPL2020-0031 Question Deadline 11/26/2024 Administrative questionsshall be addressed to Tricia Hartman, Contract Specialist, via email to thartman@hrsd.com. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents through Owners Online Oracle ERP system as an online discussion. Questions received less than 7 calendar days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Questions related to submitting a Bid or using the online system should be directed to the ERP HelpDesk at erphelp@hrsd.com or Tricia Hartman at thartman@hrsd.com. Contractor registration in accordance with Title 2.2, Chapter 43 and Title 54.1, Chapter 11, Code of Virginia is required. The Project or Work consists of furnishing and installing pipelines, utilities, associated appurtenances, and all associated work for the construction of two new pump stations and associated site work, installation of 8-inch HDPE force main, installation of 16-inch PVC force main, rehabilitation of existing gravity sewer and manhole structure, abandonment of existing utilities and structures, and demolition of the existing pump station.
