Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Beverly Hills, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The City is seeking to prequalify elevator contractors to perform vertical transportation installation, modernization and/or replacement including elevators, escalators and wheel chair lifts. Projects include the full installation, modernization of vertical transportation equipment, including elevators cab interiors where applicable as well as all work by other trades. The pre-qualifications will be for any upcoming projects for the next 5 years. Prequalified elevator contractors shall have experience in a minimum of four similar past projects within the last ten years. Specified contractor's licensing is C-11 under the California Contractors State License Board.
