CITY HALL CONTROL ROOM The Control Room is located on the first floor of the Beverly Hills City Hall building at 455 N Rexford Dr., Beverly Hills, CA 90210, one floor below the Council Chambers and Room-A meeting rooms, and is used to record, broadcast and stream live multi-camera coverage of meetings and other community events that take place in the Council Chambers and Room-A meeting rooms. 1. VIDEO a. Centralize connectivity of Council Chamber, Room A, and the Gallery. b. Replace exiting video switcher with Ross Ultrix Router. c. Replace Motion Graphics Playback with Ross Xpression. d.
