Question Deadline 10/22/2024 at 10:00 AM CT To be given consideration, questions must be received by 10 a.m. 3 calendar days before the bid opening date. The City of Hanson is soliciting bids for the removal and installation of three (3) new drainage structures consisting of ___ feet of 54 inch elliptical RCP ____ feet of 48 inch elliptical RCP, and 50 feet of 18 inch HDPE. The culverts will be located on W. Madison St, NW Railroad, and Sunset Road respectively. The project also includes headwalls, new pavement and riprap. The scope of this project will be to remove the existing culverts on Madison and Railroad Streets, install the new culverts, backfill, install headwalls new asphalt, grade and drain and seeding. Proposals must be accompanied by a five percent (5%) Bid Bond. No bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the Owner with a 100% Performance and Material Payment Bond. The Owner may consider informal any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof and may waive any informalities or reject any and all bids.
