Site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Frederick, Maryland. Completed plans call for the expansion of a municipal facility.
Plans call for renovation of the existing center and three building additions, sitework, parking space additions. The work is located at the following location: 1832 Rosemont Drive, Frederick, Maryland 21702 Work of the Animal Control Addition is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to the installation, maintenance and removal of sediment control measures, unclassified earthwork, renovation of the existing Animal Control Center and three (3) additions, the replacement of infrastructure components, site work and addition of parking spaces as shown in the contract documents. The building will remain occupied during the construction. Therefore, the construction will be completed in phases. All communications relative to the bid for this Work shall be directed to Justin Hedges, CPPB, PMP (301-600-1002), Procurement Supervisor prior to the opening of Bids and no later than October 24, 2024. All questions relating to interpretation of the Contract Documents or requests for clarification must be submitted in writing. E-mail: jhedges@frederickcountymd.gov. Addendum #1-#6 have been issued as of 11-15-2024.
