When the total contract amount with alternates is $25,000 or more, a 50% payment bond shall be required. When the total contract amount with alternates is $20,000 or more, a two-year 10% maintenance bond shall be required Provide and install a new System to replace the City Jail's current locking system. Replace all control boards, PLCs, Amps, Computers to give a completely new turnkey system and replacement with the most current version. Some touch screens will be replaced as needed. All controlled field devices will be reused such as the locks, paging speakers, intercoms and their wiring. The quote will include an allotment to replace all intercoms that are bad with new ones and make any repairs to intercoms stations that are bad. The MTI System will have the ability to be integrated to a new IP camera system installed in the near future. The quote will include a cost for any software and integration needed.
