Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

This Request for Quotation ("RFQ") is an invitation by Service New Brunswick ("SNB") to prospective Respondents to submit a non-binding quotations for the provision of the Comprehensive Solution for the Supply and Install of a Rooftop Air Cooling System - Saint John Laundry, a division of Laundry and Line Services, as further described in Appendix D - RFQ Deliverables. This RFQ is being conducted pursuant to the Procurement Act, regulations thereunder, and the Atlantic Standard Terms and Conditions (ASTC). In the event of conflict between the provisions of the RFQ and/or the ASTC and/or the overarching legislation, the latter prevails.
