Pursuant to IC-4-13-18-5, the Bidder must submit wtih the Bid a written plan for a program to test the Bidder's employees for drugs. The new structure will carry 2 - 12' lanes and 2- 6' sidewalks over Goose Creek. The proposed structure will have a 5 degree skew. BID PACKAGES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR SALE IN THE PURCHASING DIVISION OFFICE OR THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS.
