Demolition, site work and addition to a water / sewer project in Sugarcreek, Ohio. Completed plans call for the addition of a 750-square-foot water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construct approximately 750 sf of building expansion to house new water softener and horizontal pressure filters. The engineer will accept questions for this project until 4:00 pm on October 23, 2024 by submitting any questions in writing to mail@wequicksall.com or fax (330) 339-2227. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon wages, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for 100% of the contract price. Owner intends this project be substantially complete within 365 days and readiness for final payment within 395 days. Bids shall be subject to the condition that the right is reserved to hold bids for a period not longer than 60 days after date of opening and/or to award at any time during the period. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase, to decrease or omit any item or items and/or to award to the lowest and responsible, responsive bidder. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid received.
