Description

Renovation of a residential development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a Vendor for the provision of Design Build - Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Rooftop System at 415 Willowdale Ave. and 121 Humber Blvd. Proponents must bid on both locations to be considered for an award. TCHC will be evaluating and awarding each location separately to the lowest total priced Proposal. A Proponent can be awarded at both locations if the price submitted for each location is the lowest priced on both. The Work is to be completed in three (3) phases, and the Proponent must bid on all phases. All three (3) phases will be awarded at once to the lowest total priced Proposal.
