The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated. Facilities & Services (F&S) Utilities Building Operations (UBO) at the University of Toronto (UofT) St. George Campus, is seeking to approve up to five electrical contractors to be part of the High Voltage (HV) Electrical Contractor Vendor of Record (VoR). These contractors will specialize in high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) electrical maintenance and repairs, emergency response, and retrofitting of both HV and LV equipment. The purpose of this initiative is to assist F&S Electrical Utilities in completing more electrical maintenance on campus. This will be achieved by widening the scope of work requirements in tender documents to include multi-building maintenances and repairs identified from previous maintenance scopes of work. Term: 2025/01/06 12:00:00 AM EST - 2028/01/06 12:00:00 AM EST Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
