Location- 259 Pennington - Titusville Rd Pennington, NJ 08534 The Work consists of but is not limited to the following: 1. Demolition of the existing hydronic heating hot water plants (boilers, piping, circulating pumps, specialties). 2. Installation of new gas-fired, high efficiency, heating hot water boilers. 3. Installation of new circulating pumps and specialties (expansion tanks, air separators, etc.). The new heating hot water systems shall be of variable speed/primary pumping design and include operating and standby circulators and a chemical treatment system. 4. Tie-ins between the new heating hot water plant and the existing hydronic heating systems. Provide a differential bypass for each loop. 5. Provide Boiler Plant optimizing control system and interconnect it with the CM3 building automation system. 6. Repairsto the existing warrantied Soprema SBS Modified Bitumen roofing system. 7. Concrete housekeeping pads. 8. All other indicated work. Also, Surety agrees to furnish bidder with a Maintenance Bond in required form. bidder must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC), in the above-listed classifications prior to the date that bids are received. Any bid submitted under the terms of New Jersey statutes not including a copy of a valid and active Pre-qualification/Classification Certificate shall be rejected as being non-responsive to the bid requirements.
