Renovation of a power facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
The existing steam pipe rack at Cory Cogeneration Station which connects to the Nutrien Potash facility requires re-coating due to corrosion. The Work generally includes the provision of skilled workers and required equipment to perform the scaffolding, surface preparations, application, and inspection for the new coatings applied to the structural steel. Cory Cogeneration Station is a 249 (MW) natural gas power station located eight (8) kilometers west of the City of Saskatoon. There are two natural gas-fueled combustion turbines and heat recovery steam generators (HRSG). The HRSG also processes the steam to the Nutrien Potash facility that is the adjacent property west of the power station.
