Prequalification of Irrigation Contractors required for Upcoming Projects for Environmental Services. The goal of this Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) is to pre-qualify irrigation contractors for two future Request for Tenders (RFTs), for the Citys Forestry and Horticulture Section and Parks and Cemeteries Section. The scope of Forestry and Horticulture Tender will include, but not to be limited to the following: - perform spring start-up (i.e. system opening), - fall shut-down and winterizing (i.e. system closing), - maintenance, and repairs on all the irrigation systems City-wide under the responsibility of the Forestry and Horticulture Sections including but not limited to irrigation landscape like floral planting beds within roads etc and - must meet or exceed the requirements outlined by the Occupational Health and Safety Act for Confined Space Entry The scope of Parks and Cemeteries Tender will include, but not to be limited to the following: - perform spring start-up (i.e. system opening), - fall shut-down and winterizing (i.e. system closing), and - maintenance, and repairs on all the irrigation systems City-wide under the responsibility of the Parks and Cemeteries Sections including but not limited irrigations landscape like turf, sports filed etc. Documents can be obtained at: https://hamilton.bidsandtenders.ca Question Deadline: Wed Oct 30, 2024 11:59:00 PM (EDT)
