Pricing Lump sum Contractors are invited to bid provided they demonstrate that they are currently on a Vendor of Record list for any Post-secondary Education Institution or Publicly Funded School Board for projects over $1M in construction value (excl HST). The project is located at Engineering 3 (E3) building at the University of Waterloo, and generally includes the supply and installation of distribution equipment within E3 and re-feeding panels within E3 to the new distribution equipment that is currently fed from the Engineering 2 (E2) substation.
