The City is soliciting bids to establish a contract with a qualified vendor for furnishing precast reinforced concrete box structures. Each box structure will be delivered as needed by the awarded vendor to installation sites within the City and placed in open excavation. Q And A Open10/11/2024 7:31:00 PM Q And A Close10/23/2024 3:30:00 AM Contract: The material to be furnished shall be delivered FOB Destination, Prepaid and Allowed to the delivery address stated above. The awarded bidder will be expected to enter into a contract for a term of one (1) year beginning from date of award through month, day, year. This contract may be renewed by mutual consent of both parties for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods.
