To perform preventative and corrective maintenance services for six (6) in-line hydroelectric generators and their associated components and systems located at Calleguas Municipal Water District sites in Ventura and Los Angeles counties, California. The Work involves providing corrective and preventative maintenance services for one (1) Vertical Francis-type turbine generator, two (2) Horizontal Francis-type turbine generator and three (3) pump-as turbine generators ranging in size from 217 kW to 1.2 MW, on an as-needed basis. Work tasks may include on-site preventative and corrective maintenance, removal, shop repair and rehabilitation, and reinstallation of all assemblies and components, start-up and commissioning of the units. The Agreement shall be for one (1) year in length from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025, with an option by the District to renew the Agreement on an annual basis up to an additional two (2) years.
