Description: Retrofit of existing elevator State #10700 *Plans and specifications will be available on or about December 16th, 2024 ONLY from District's Secure Bids Vendor portal located on the District's website The successful bidder will be required to furnish a labor and material bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, and a faithful performance bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, said bonds to have sureties satisfactory to the Ventura Unified School District. In accordance with the provisions of PCC 22300, substitution of eligible and equivalent securities for any monies withheld to ensure performance under this contract will be permitted at the request and expense of the contractor. The successful bidder must maintain the license throughout the duration of the contract
