Project Overview The University is seeking experienced paint contractors for upcoming projects, including but not limited to: 1 Interior and exterior painting of post-secondary institutional buildings 2 Surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, priming, and other preparatory tasks 3 Specialty coating applications 4 Maintenance and repair of painting 5 Any other relevant painting or finishing services All projects will be located within Ontario, Canada. Contractors are required to comply with all local, provincial, and federal regulations applicable to the work. 3. Scope of Work The successful paint contractors may be required to perform the following duties: 1 Surface preparation (sanding, cleaning, priming) 2 Application of paints, stains, or protective coatings 3 Safe removal of hazardous materials such as lead-based paint 4 Ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle 5 Compliance with safety and environmental guidelines 6 Project documentation and reporting 7 Coordination with other contractors, if necessary 8 Other duties as required in relationship to the items above 9 Othe duties as described in tender documents Term: 2024/11/18 12:00:00 AM EST - 2027/11/18 12:00:00 AM EST Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
