Reference Number 0000280658 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/11/13 04:30:00 PM EST This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued by Humber to obtain Proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for the supply of services relating to grounds and landscape maintenance at all Lakeshore Campus sites. Proponent represents that as of the date of the notice of award and at all times during the term of this Request for Proposal and afterwards as necessary, it shall secure and maintain comprehensive general liability insurance, employers' liability insurance, professional liability insurance, and automobile liability coverage at its own expense, with financially sound and reputable insurers licensed to do business in Ontario. Such insurance coverage shall be in amounts and in type as is customary and sufficient for companies engaged in this business or as is required under the laws of Ontario and Canada and with limits not less than FIVE MILLION DOLLARS ($5,000,000) for any one occurrence or claim, unless otherwise stated herein. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
