The Clemente Park Phase 1 project involves full reconstruction of 1 basketball court and 8 volleyball courts, construction of a new playground with poured-in-place rubber surfacing, and substantial site improvements and landscaping. The City of Lowell is seeking bids for labor, materials, equipment, tools, appliances etc. necessary for construction of the Clemente Park Phase 1 Construction Project Estimated Cost $1,557,000 Any request for clarification to, or relief from, the specifications, must be submitted in writing to the attention of the assigned Buyer at the Purchasing Department's office no later than five (5) business days prior to the Due Date. The contract shall be for the period beginning on or about November 30, 2024 and ending, on or before June 30, 2026.
