Scope of Work: The scope of work will include, but is not limited to, plowing/removing snow from the parking lot. Deicing agents shall be applied to all parking areas immediately after snow removal. Deicing agents must be environmentally friendly and approved as safe for use on concrete and asphalt surfaces. Snow shall be placed in areas that will prevent melt water from draining back onto cleared surfaces. The Township business hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend events which contractor would be notified of in advance. When applicable, the lot is expected to be plowed before the start of business. Term: The term of the contract shall be for the 2024-2025 snow season. The contract may be terminated by either party upon thirty days written notice.
