The project area is generally bound by Morehead Street., Webb Avenue (SR-87), Church Street (SR-70), and Lexington Avenue. This project consists of approximately 9,300 LF of sanitary sewer rehabilitation, 11,000 LF of new water distribution system piping, water and sewer appurtenances, water services, sewer manhole rehabilitation, and sanitary sewer laterals. DIVISION 1-SRP-W-ARP-0087(Sewer) DIVISION 2 - SRP-D-ARP-0088 (Water) All questions related to this bid about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to acouncil@withersravenel.com prior to 5:00 PM local time on November 6, 2024, to receive consideration. A mailed Bid shall be addressed to: City of Burlington Engineering Department 425 South Lexington Avenue Burlington, NC 27215 A. Division 1 includes approximately 9,300 LF of sewer pipe rehabilitation along with 58 manholes that will be rehabilitated or replaced within the project area. Division 2 includes approximately 11,000 LF of proposed water distribution system piping and associated appurtenances being replaced within the project area. B. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services and incidentals necessary to complete all work required by the Contract Documents to furnish and install all work as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. C. Complete the Work, in place, tested, and ready for continuous service. Perform or provide repairs, replacements, and restoration required as a result of damages resulting from construction operations. D. Furnish and install all materials, equipment, and incidentals, which are reasonably and properly inferable and necessary for the proper completion of the Work, whether specifically indicated in the Contract Documents, or not.
