Renovation of a mixed-use development in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
1. Option 1 (preferred method of installation): The removal and reinstallation of glazing panels in existing frame systems, as required, to install a breach resistant film with mild ballistic resistance for improved entrance point security. System shall be wet-glazed per manufacturer. 2. Option 2 (at contractor's discretion): The application of a ZSecure adhered framing system to install a breach resistant film with mild ballistic resistance for improved entrance point security. Replies will be issued to all prime bidders of record as Addenda to the Contract Documents and will become part of the Contract. The Architects and the Owner will not be responsible for oral clarification. Questions received less than THREE (3) days before the bid opening cannot be answered.
