Detailed specifications: **Roof Replacement for Juvenile Center, 364 Ziegler Road, LaPorte, Indiana 46350** Scope of Work:- Tear off and replace all shingled roofing.- Replace all boots, pipe penetrations, drip edges, fascia boards, and install new metal edging.- Tear out and replace all rubber roofing, ice and water shield, and any necessary protective layers, to code.- Address all eaves, valleys, and building connection points.- Use class 4, 30 year architectural shingles for the replacement.- Bids must include complete debris cleanup; contractor to supply a dumpster.- If gutters are removed during the project, the contractor must reinstall them.-Submittals on all materials used on project.-Staining and or painting on any materials that require- The job will be coordinated with the maintenance and facility directors to ensure access around the building Each bidder shall submit a financial statement, a statement of experience, a proposed plan or plans for performing the public work, and the equipment that the bidder has available for the performance of the public work.
