Last Day for Questions: October 24, 2024 by 12:00 PM SOW for Base Bid summarizes as follows: The scope of work for the Base Bid consists of the following: Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the installation and construction of concrete sidewalks, gazebo with foundation, sensory playground, small play area with landscaping, pavers, benches, synthetic turf, and small playground equipment and other appurtenances necessary to produce a complete and finished product as shown on the construction plans. The scope of work for Additive Bid # 1 consists of the following: An additive bid no. 1 is also a part of this project which includes the installation and construction of additional sensory playground equipment, synthetic play surfacing, freestanding recreation equipment, Miracle Museum, Sensory Maze, additional sidewalks, fencing, and other appurtenances necessary to produce and complete a finished product.
