Plans call for a 900 bed residence hall. As of January 2026, a CMAR has been selected. Construction is expected to begin in the summer 2026. USC is seeking architectural and engineering services to design a new student residence hall to replace the McBryde Quadrangle buildings increasing the bed count to approximately 500 beds or more. The project will also design a third wing to expand the Honors College Residence Hall. The professional services may include master planning for residential and multi-use development on other university sites. *The value for this project is based on a financial range of $90,000,000 to $110,000,000.
