Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Columbia, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project is the Lonnie B Nelson Interior and Exterior Renovations. The project consists of an exterior renovation and renovations to 4 areas inside the school. The Exterior Renovations construction includes but is not limited to: New drop off loop, rework of the existing parking lots, Site Lighting, waterlines, Storm Drainage, Sewer, striping, fencing and grassing. The interior renovations include but are not limited to selective demolition, CMU, sheetrock and acoustical ceilings, HM frames with HM and wood doors, acoustical panels, Carpet, VCT and Epoxy flooring, casework, Lighting, Plumbing fixtures, Exhaust Fan, Split Heat Pump, minor Fire Sprinkler changes. Bidder will execute a contract within 10 days after Notice of Award, if offered within 60 days, or forfeit bid bond of five percent (5%). Performance and Payment bond may be required in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price; therefore, subcontractors and suppliers should be prepared to state the amount necessary as an alternate amount, independent of their proposal for work, should it be determined by the General Contractor to require these bonds.
